[REJECTED] The Battle For Broken Shore Broken

So I'm trying to complete the quest "The Battle For Broken Shore". When I speak to General Nazgrim I get ported to Honeydew Village instead. *sigh* Can't even begin Legion content. The link is for screenshots of what I see.

There are 2 NPCs visible at the same time (staked) because you started both chain quests, Pandaria & Broken Isles. Abandon one of them and finish the other one etc...or just click on the goblin.
