Bug description: I was offline with my dk from 07.01.19 till 12.01.2019 and got just one emissary quest, but I should have 3 Emissary Quests. (Becouse an emissary quest refreshes every day once so after 3 days (or more) I should have 3)

This was reported once before the patch release and got rejected becouse it couldm maybe be fixed with the new patch.
So I tested it again and its still not working.
