Confirmed even though OP put zero effort into his ticket lol.

Just learned skinning on my alt from Kondal Huntsworn (93541) in dalaran and purchased a skinning knife.

Tooltips on mobs indicate that they are skinnable but whenever i attempt to skin anything it says "skill not high enough".

This has been an old bug that was marked as fixed in https://forum.wow-freakz.com/LIST-Professions-Related-Bugs-t528462.html but I think it broke again in 7.2.5.

Would be nice if there is time to fix this I can't farm shit atm haha :p
