WoW Freakz link: TOS tier for windwalker monk 2 set bonus doesn't work.
Bug description: Rising sun kick critical strikes should reduce the cooldown of Fists of Fury by 3 sec.
Proof: Tested and Rising sun kick critical strikes does not reduce the cooldown of Fists of Fury.

BM and WW doesn't work, MW however works fine.
