Bug description: When Asked to close the portal which should send you back to the wandering isle it registers the portal as being destroyed but you are not transported from the peak of serenity. I have abandoned the quest and retried it with the same result. so blocking any further progress. I am playing a level 110 undead Monk if that helps also.
Proof: I have no proof it just happens..
