Bug description: "While in Bear From, you deal 30% increased Nature and Arcane damage, and are healed for 30% of all Nature and Arcane damage done."
the damage part don't work at all and the healing part is too small.
Proof:

test with Fury of Nature only on moonfire (arcane damage)
