Bug description: They don't work in pvp. The spell does nothing might be for other engineering devices too.
Also nitro boost cd is never starts reseting. they are usefull in both pvp and pve.

Maybe this should be moved to item category. By the way, Goblin Glider can be used in BG, the issue is only related the enchant.
They are very usefull for BG when you are an engineer.
