[FIXED] [Death Knight][Frost] - Frostscythe

Bug description: Frostscythe should have a 50% chance to proc Thronebreaker ( https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=238115&&&&name=thronebreaker ) and a 22.5% chance to proc Rime ( https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=59057&&&&name=rime) . It doesn't proc either one.

There are also additional bugs regarding this spell as to where it procs fallen crusader (https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=53344&&&&name=rune-of-the-fallen-crusader) and other on hit effects such as trinket procs while not hitting any targets as you can see in the video.

Also from the item dropped by Goroth in TOS "Infernal Cinders" ( item: https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=147009&&&&name=infernal-cinders) the proc from it is dealt as damage to the casting death knight when Frostscythe is cast into empty space, also can be seen in the video.

Also Throne Breaker's Crystalline Swords ( https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=189186&&&&name=crystalline-swords) does a weird thing, where it doesnt proc on frostscythe hits on a target, but when further away from an enemy beyond its hit range, frostscythe launches a crystalline sword at a target without even hitting it. It shouldn't happen that way, it should have a 50% chance per target hit to proc, not 1 guaranteed proc from Range when it doesnt hit a target. It can also be seen in the video

Alright , Frostscythe does proc Crystalline Swords , but it doesn't proc Rime at all! It also procs all the on hit sets /enchants/traits (Concordance of the Legionfall) on successful and non-successful hits but this is more of a general issue for the non-successful hits which also includes Frostscythe procing Crystalline Swords from Thronebreaker.

Spoiler:

Basicly Frostscythe should proc Rime and shouldn't proc Crystalline Swords if it doesn't hit its target.

Also the Infernal Cinders didn't happen to me on PTR ( the hitting myself ) and I don't have it on live atm to test it.

Slight correction , I tested it a bit further and seems like only the main target is getting procs from Crystalline Swords when I use Frostscythe , but the surrounding targets don't comparing that screenshot and

this one I had same ammount of frost scythe casts on 1 and 3 targets but Crystalline Swords was similar , so I did another run and it's clear to see here that they(Crystalline Swords) indeed don't hit surrounding enemies(Dungeoneer's Dummy was MainTarget, Training dummy was off target that sustained dmg from Frostscythe:
