Bad-luck legendary system?

Hi, i'm wondering if Freakz have the bad luck protection for legendarys?

And if so, say i got a legendary on my DK with unholy spec selected. If i switch spec to frost or blood, do the anti-bad luck system reset on that spec?
Also if i recieved a legendary, how long does it take roughly to get another one if the anti-bad luck works?

1.Legendary system is fully implemented on freakz.

2.No it does not reset until you get a legendary

3.Not possible to tell the eta to get a legendary, basically "Harder content = better chance of legendary"
