Bug description: When you enter a different zone or phasing you buffs are removed. This should only be applicable for skirmishes, arenas, BGs and dungeons.
Proof: Tested on paladin with the aforementioned buffs.

Confirmed.

Some buffs like Blessing of Kings disappear on switching zones.
