Bug description: Hy, i tried to join Court of Stars to complete the quest, but every time i cannot select it because it's locked with the text. You may not queue for this Dungeon. You must aquire your artifact in order to access Legion Dungeons.
I'm pretty sure i've got my artifact, since i've maxed it.
Anything i can do to fix this?

no. CoS is closed on heroic, you have to find yourself a m0 group to complete the quest
