T20 has 0.65 + haste RPPM, Whispers has 0.7 base (no haste modifier) RPPM. It would mean, that in 10 minutes T20 would proc around 6.5 times (modified by haste) and Whispers would proc 7 times (no modifier here)

Here, I made you a video of hitting a dummy for exactly 10 minutes. Guess what, Whispers procced 8 times ( i actually missed one while counting in the video) , T20 procced 9 times. Stop wasting my time with your useless whining please, I had enough of this whole Whispers In The Dark discussion that has been going on all day...
