[GM] Class Hall Mage Campain Quest Blocked - Hitting the Books

Hello,

I have a problem and I need GM help.


Description:
- I've reached lvl 110 by donation for a new character. I've learned from my main char research 40lvl for artefact. Right now i'm stucked at "artefact research" quest - Hitting the Books from class hall campain quests, can't make the artefact work from npc anymore because i have full knowledge of the artefact. .
- I've learned the artefact research (40lvl) before creating the work for artefact from class hall campain.

Question:
Can you unblock me? I don't know how to pass that, I can't do nothing without GM help, i can't make progress in class hall campain.

Happens on any class that gets AK40 from a main, the quest doesn't advance any story line so don't worry too much
