[Timeless Isle] - NPC Highwind Albatross can not be mounted

Bug description: The highwind albatross should be able to get clicked on to initiate mounting it. It follows its course over the Timeless Isle where you can let yourself get dropped by attacking the albatross while mounted. This is the only way to reach higher areas in this zone. As of right now, the bird cannot be clicked and they all stack in groups instead of flying their course.
Proof: Can be tested by trying to click them
