Bug description: The deposit materials feature was recently fixed and it works but the problem is, each time you do it the materials are not added to the already existing non-maxed stacks inside the bank, it basically creates a mess. This feature should attempt to max stacks when combining materials from bag into bank, and any overflow above that material's stack limit should use up a new empty slot if its the case.

Also, if you try to merge stacks manually in the reagent tab, either by dragging stuff from your bag to stacks inside the bank or just merging non maxed stacks withing the bank itself, they get greyed out and you can no longer move/interact with those materials untill logout.
