Quest Item deletion Topic said resolved but it's actually not

Details: (optional) I submitted a topic about quest item ragnar's rune for demon hunter campaign. The topic was resolved but in game actually not. I can't abandon my quest and item is not in my inventory, nor the the mob dropping the item showing in his location. Aam i missing something here?

No one? I will give more details:
During the runestone deactiveted of Demon Hunter Campaign I accidentally deleted one of the runes. The quest is available still, but when i accept it the location mark is not appearing nor the enemy who should be dropping it.

I opened a topic in the request item section, it says it's resolved but, enetring in my game, the situation is the same as above, and the rune is not in my inventory.

I reposted the topic in the same section, and it gets transferred here.

Can I have an explenation? I know I may seem impatient but it's been 5 days almost....
