WoW Freakz item link: Stabilized Energy Pendant
Bug description: When i equip it on my Rogue my max energy is reduced to 99 instead of 100 when i unstuck my character my energy is normalized but after i equip the neck it bugs again.

I did test this item on my Rogue and indeed it does modify Energy in an odd way:

Having it equipped in Assassination spec (Maximum energy should be 126, since 120 * 5/100 = 6 + 120 = 126)

tested on sub, equipped it only increases it by to 104(should be 105), and when unequipped reduces max energy to 99(should be 100)
