Bug description: Missing from the heirloom vendors in Ironforge ( https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=6294&&name=krom-stoutarm ) and Undercity ( https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=6566&&name=estelle-gendry )
Proof: Check NPC, not on table for either

Fixed. However, since our low level flight paths are already instant and discovered, these items are ~useless. Also their price is 9500 gold due to some core limitations.
