Bug description:
In many environments in Mythic+ shockwave does not hit all targets within the range and ontop of that does not reset its cooldown from 40 to 20 (which it does if it would hit 3 or more enemies).
This has probably to do with casts that not directly affect a target (Targetspells) only have a set height of 1 (speculation). Same can be seen in Harjatan Mythic, where he can hit the ground below the eggs with unchecked rage because of a slight ledge even though the eggs are well within range. But thats only an example and not a bug report for that bossfight. I speculate the same goes for shockwave

Maybe its due to LoS issues certain dungeons have but it wouldnt be a bug relating to shockwave causing any issue you have, i run shockwave and rarely miss with it, it helps to stand back from the group and use it due to arc ranges but it works 100% to how it does on retail :/
