Bug description: You can't transmog to these items as it requires Noblegarden to be active which it is at the moment. According to the in-game calendar though it's supposed to begin on the 22nd of April. https://imgur.com/a/h3qoQZJ
Is noblegarden going to happen twice? Do we just wait until the 22nd to transmog?

This was happening with Love is in the air event as well and that one didn't get fixed, which is truly a shame, as the transmogs aren't half bad...

Sorry but this system is pretty complex to implement and is requiring too much time. We will not invest that time for this, better focus on more important content.
