[REJECTED] Guild Bank tab issues as a Guild Master.

Bug description: As a GM i cant seem to to see or do anything with guild bank tabs, all officers and other ranks can see them, ranks with permisions can withdraw and deposit. Also, we have 6 guild tabs, purchased and the achievement is staying on 0/7.
Proof: https://imgur.com/a/dMp1Zpw - guild tabs. https://imgur.com/a/PZELvZq - 7th slot tab achievement. (it is required to purchase the 7th slot).
