Tried several melee trinkets with effects saying "your melee attacks " and none of them procced a single time on marksmanship . Can you please specify which trinkets are you talking about ?

If it's easy to test then you can provide proof, proccing Memento of Angerboda on a BM Hunter.
I would recommend using Imgur.
