Bug description: I'm aware that there is a custom NPC which appears after defeating Na'zak(https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=998398&&name=prolonged-power-recipe-vendor) After trying time and time again no NPC appears to offer the recipe.
I've got Alchemy at 800 and Potion of Prolonged Power at rank 2.

Proof:
Defeat Na'zak to replicate issue.

The recipe works fine. If you have a problem with your character, make a ticket.
