[REJECTED] [Monk][Brewmaster] Hot trub's range is not working propperly.

Bug description: The range of hot trub is 10 yards, or it should be 10 yards, but here on freakz, when someone hits the monk in horde's cemetery in bg's like wsg,we got killed in the ally side of the map, like 50 yards away, the range is not working at all. The dmg should be 50 % but i think is more than that 2. Please check it to see that i'm right.

the bug happened in a bg, i don't have a monk to test it.....
