[DUPLICATE] Call Hall Followers - Partial Item Level Upgrades

Bug description:
Class Hall Followers should only be able to have item levels in multiples of 5 (since the upgrades are 5, 10, and 15). However, sometimes the items do not upgrade correctly. I have one character with 862 and another with 872.

Because the ilevel Cap is 875 and upgrades are in multiples of 5, it is now impossible for these class hall followers to ever reach the item level cap. Attempting to use an upgrade gives an error that it would go above 875.


The upgrade script need to be fixed. Additionally, for those with the bug, there are multiple solutions. For example:
* Run a script on the database to bump up any partials to the next highest multiple of five.
* Allow upgrades to boost characters to 875 from 872.

Since that was fixed it should be ok now (some players might still have 872 ilvl/etc, but you can now upgrade to their real max ilvl, so all good)
