Bug description: Item is not on https://www.wow-freakz.com/object_finder.php?object=179697&&name=arena-treasure-chest loot table. It should only be visible if a character has the following achievement https://www.wow-freakz.com/achievements.php?achievement=396&&name=gurubashi-arena-grand-master in which case it should be a 100% drop.
Proof: Check item link, isn't on any loot table

Confirmed it's not in any looting table, but with a side note that you can't loot it only by having the achievement. You need to complete a certain quest-line.
