hello , i have bug with my story progress on my paladin

So , a few month ago ive started to play on this char and dont know how to do story progress at all
Acidently i abandoned quests for every single storyprogress but now i dont have any quest
i found every single npc , but dont have any quests
I cant level up new char so pls , can uu help me
srry for bad english -
