Aluneth - Ancient power trait not reseting to 1 trait

Bug description: When I finished The gift of the six Ancient power trait should reset to 1 trait thus leaving me 6 more traits to fill in the rest of the traits that need more then one to fill up... Then when i reach 51 trait i will be able to take last trait Concordance of Legion (+4000 Int) . But Ancient Power did not reset and now I need billions of AP to level those extra 6 traits to reach Concordance of Legion.. plus there is big loss of dps w/o Concordance. Couple of GM's tried to reset Gift of the six thinking Ancient power trait will reset properly but it didnt help. Also i had numerous tickets ingame open for 2 months now but last few just gut deleted ( i dont see them open in the bottom screen ) and on the last one a GM told me to make bug report.

This is a bug that currently only seems to happen to this particular artifact. It also always seems to happen at ancient power level 7.
