Dragon soul in 7.2.5 loot not dropping on spine or madness & you do not get kill credit

Bug description: Spine of deathwing and madness of deathwing do not have loot chests and do not give you credit if you killed them either. Lots of transmog items and achievements are inacessible
Screenshot was taken after killing all the bosses.
Also, Ultraxion also does not have loot chest but can be killed if you jump of the ledge and spam aoe. You do get credit if he dies.
