Mythic keystone not received

Bug description: I completed an M14 yesterday but i didnt received a KEYSTONE because my bags were full. ON BLIZZARD you should receive your loot and the key via mail if your bags are full. Please give me the key and solve this problem. All my respects. Thank you.

Hi,

Our devs are aware that players are not receiving Mythic 2 keystones while doing an M+ run.
Currently, the only way to receive a Mythic Keystone is by doing a Mythic 0.
