Netherwing Drakes?

I'm probably missing something here. I've searched the forums manually through every thread, and via search.
Is there something to getting the Netherwing Drake mount after [On Wings of Nether] achievement (Exalted with Netherwing)?
IIRC from retail after finishing that part, you return to Shattrath and are able to choose/purchase a drake.
Last I played retail (or private) was WotLK, so any changes after that I am not aware of.

There is a vendor at Netherwing Ledge that sells all of the Netherwing Drakes. It's like 200 gold per drake.

You can also purchase the drakes from Drake Dealer Hurlunk if you have the Dragonmaw Illusion buff for that particular zone in Shadowmoon Valley while doing the quests.
