Help!!! how to reset a dungeon in solo

Someone knows how to reset a dungeon in solo? because i must kill some bosses but they are already dead, i have already tried to right click on my portrait but there isn't any reset option.

You can't reset a dungeon if you killed bosses

What??? how impossible? nooo do not believe it, let me explain: in practice today I was doing a dungeon and the game masters have restarted the server, when I started playing again the server had thrown me out of the dungeon and when I resumed the previously killed bosses didn't exist anymore but among the objectives were not even ticked so I had to redo everything, but after an hour nothing changed for that I asked how to restart the dungeon because otherwise I can't complete it

As stated before, if you made any boss kills in that dungeon, you will have to wait for the lockout to expire then you can redo it without any other problems.

The solo reset can be done only if you cleared the trash mobs in a dungeon/raid without any boss kills.
