Lost achievement progress because of a server crash. GMs don't read my ticket properly

I know this is the forum for items and not achievements but please hear me out.
I have created 5+ tickets about this issue and keep getting the same copy paste response from your gm.

I have completed the Highmountain storyline and got the achievement for it. After getting the achievement I accepted the quest that sends me into Neltharion's Lair to bring back the hammer of Khaz'goroth for the "Pillars of Creation" achievement.

My character has "Hammer of Khazgoroth" complete as seen here https://i.imgur.com/S0nPy2F.png which is IMPOSSIBLE unless you have done the entire highmountain storyline.

"Have you checked if you actually completed all the quests?" Yes I did, multiple times. In fact I have created macros to check for your convenience.

https://www.wowhead.com/quest=39780/the-underking this is the last quest in the story line for "Battle of Snowblind Mesa" the part of the achievement that is missing since the server crash. The Quest "Battle of Snowblind Mesa" (obviously) is the first quest in that Quest chain.

I am furious because my tickets keep getting the same response despite me clearly mentioning that I have checked the quests. Especially because this achievement is needed for flying.


Also: "You will not be helped out in the following scenarios : [..] You did NOT get an achievement in-game, you need to wait until it gets fixed." This clearly does not apply to me because the issue was caused by a server crash, thousands of players have this achievement completed.
