"Illidari" title?

Greetings!
I was curious about the Illidari title. According to https://www.wowhead.com/title=458/illidari#comments,

However, there's apparently no such thing here. Is it a bug? Intentional? Or is there another way to get it?

Here's the bug report. You're indeed supposed to get this title, but it's bugged...

Oh, indeed. I couldn't find any when I looked on the forums, it's my bad then. Well I hope it'll eventually get fixed.
