Bug description: Does not drop on any mob outside of a raid. Per the wowhead should have a chance to drop on Any mob when Zookeeper enchant is on shoulders

** almost all the mobs are raid zone mobs, others are 1 time deal quest mobs, occultists only show up if you are on that quest ( if it isn't bugged ) **

Well-Fed 'spawns' x3 spawns total in seperate zones.
Other drop mobs listed as ' Visible only when quest ? .... is active '

Please look into this.


BTW, please do NOT say 'oh I looted tons' ... off the raid mobs.

Confirmed.
There should be more mobs that are having this item in their looting table.
