It is barely understandable but in general the bug you talk about is blessings getting removed from going into another zone.
This was reported already several time and I can just confirm it as low priority bug as it is not critical to simply re-apply the buffs.
The buffs never removed during combat for me, it simply happens from phasing, but you can provide proof if i am wrong there.
