[Shaman] Versatility Bug (all specs)

Bug description: As you will see in pictures, shaman versatility from items seems to be bugged. I equipped 2 different Versa Items (roughly 900 or 1200 versa) but then Shaman tooltip (3rd picture) says you only gained 600-ish versa, meaning less than 2% versa (dmg). Couldn't find information about Shaman scaling but for sure not all equipped Versatility is being taken into account which means probably losing 1% dmg/healing increase plus how invaluable this stat becomes at high ilvl gear. Additionally, this bug is present in all specs. Please confirm and fix this soon as it's not low priority.

First off, Please post a bug report in the proper section, secondly I just tested this and its working fine.
