[FIXED] [PvE] [Emerald Nightmare] Ursoc teleport not working

Bug description: It happened to me two times this week on heroic difficulty, Ursoc was unreachable for anyone and the raid can't be completed (Cenarius and Xavius), so we did only four bosses (the other three portals in Core of the Nightmare work fine). The trigger for the portal to "Grizzly Hills" (Emerald Nightmare raid instance) didn't work for us.

Teleporter got accidentally deleted by some dev recently, sorry about this, fixed.
If still not working after next restart delete cache, but it should
