Bug description:This quest starts when you loot a necklace. It gives you a quest to talk to someone in Tranquillen. That person then sends you to Undercity to give the necklace to its proper owner, Lady Sylvanas Windrunner. Lady Sylvanas Windrunner is not there to turn in the quest.
