WoW Freakz spell link: Mortal Strike - Colossus Smash
Bug description: Mortal Strike with colossus smash active is doing less damage than it should be doing. When i hit with colossus smash i have been noticing sometimes i do really low hits so low that they are under the base damage of the description my spell something that shouldn't be possible to happen. I would like you to investigate further on this because this affecting all arms warrior dps.

im taking it in consideration and even with a high armour it shouldnt go that low.

The dummies sometimes block the hits, decreasing the damage they take. Addons like recount can show it. Tested it myself, I managed to hit one really low damage with Mortal Strike, checked recount and it was blocked.

Ok so let me clear it out for you like the guy above said.408.402 k +84%=751.459 k with colosus smash.Dummy from class halls have 30% armor and also 5% base chance to parry/dodge/miss and block.Block can be both normal or critical which absorbs another 30% of either the normal hit or crit hit aside from 30% armor reduction.So all in all 751.459 k-30%=526.021 k from armor.Then 526.021 k -30%=368k.Very close to what you have over there.The damage reduction is not cumulative so it's not 60% from the initial hit it's first 30% then another 30%.My advice try the orgrimmar dummy's.they don't have parry/dodge/miss/block chance so u can see there the full potential of your damage.Have a nice day hope this helped you.
