Dark Side of the Moon big bug

Bug description: After doing the quests "Wormtalon Wreckage"(id 41707) and "Lost in Retreat"(id 38671) getting the quest "Dark Side of the Moon"(id 41890) was no longer an option. I've made a ticket about it and one GameMaster told me to check if the quest is completed by writing the following command:
/run local questID = 41890; isComplete=IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(questID); if(isComplete == true) then print("Quest" , questID, "is completed. ") else print("Quest" , questID, "is NOT completed. Check again") end;
and that showed "is NOT completed" as seen in the screenshot, then I've tried the command with the id from the quest before "Dark Side of the Moon", the one that is required for "Dark side of the Moon", "Love Lost"(id 41054) and they were all completed. I cannot see any mark above Tyrande. This is a big problem because I cannot continue the questline and that means I cannot get important achievments like Pathfinder I and II. I am not the only one with this problem so I don't think it's something local. I've also tried deleting the cache folder, disable the addons (as suggered in ticket responses).

Confirmed, this is probably just a omission in the DB that makes it impossible to get this quest once any of the previous ones has been completed.
