Bug description: On Freakz you need to complete 12 world queststo complete the qu8est while you have only to do 8 world quests to complete it.

Hello tweedy,

That change, among others, is part of some undocumented changes made in patch 7.3.0, these include:

- Mark of the Sentinax requires 50 marks instead of 100
- Intolerable Infestation requires 50 kills instead of 100
- Self-Fulfilling Prophecy requires 8 WQs instead of 12
- Relieved of their Valuables requires 3 chests instead of 5
