[Northrend][Sholazar Basin] Make the Bad Snake Go Away - Sholazar Quest chain bugged out

Bug description: The quest chain to join the Frenzyheart or the Oracles is somehow broken. I did the chain up to the moment where "High-Oracle Soo-say" should give me said quest and the companion "Lafoo" should give me "Gods like Shiny Things" (https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=12572&&name=gods-like-shiny-things). Somehow, I was offered both quests from the High-Oracle and after accepting one, the other would disappear. I finished "Gods like Shiny Things" and now I can't accept the other quest "Make the Bad Snake Go Away".
Proof: https://imgur.com/a/MkZ15Hd as you can see in my quest helper addon, "Make the Bad Snake Go Away" is marked as unsolved, yet High-Oracle Soo-say AND Lafoo are not offering me any quests.

Also the quest Tools of war https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=12759&name=tools-of-war is bugged. I put the traps near the oracles but nothing happens. https://prnt.sc/qniqu5

This quest chain is still bugged.. it's really hard to continue questing for the loremaster and rep.
