[Priest][Discipline] Penance skipping last tick

When you cast penance while moving you may skip the last tick of penance when using castigation talent.
I tried to reproduce the movement and it is somehow related to turning your char away from the target right after starting the cast.

I don't exactly know what causes the bug but it is somehow related to turning away and moving while casting.
With this back and forth movement after the first tick i was able to reproduce it a few times.

Anyway, as you can see in combat log it is not a visual bug as it creates only 3 dmg entries instead of 4.

I can't confirm this. Are you sure you are not moving out of range? And it doesn't make any sense, all Castigation does is

meaning it gives you additional haste just for Penance, that would mean the whole DoTs haste system is broken

Tested it again and the bug also happens from meele distance so it isn't me going out of range.

I know I recorded it using .cheat cooldown but I made sure that the bug happens on live char too.

Casting 3 times penance:
>1st time it hits 3x
>2nd time it hits 4x (cuz talent is active)
>3rd time it hits 3x again

Maybe me jumping during the cast influenced it somehow, but it also happens without jumping rarely.

This seems to be happening more often nowadays, not even spinning around or anything, just standing still it will cast only 3 times instead of 4, or 2 instead of 3 when playing without castigation
