Bug description: You can enter the cart and even steer it to some extent, but at some point it will roll back to the starting point and clip through all kind of walls. You get not credit for entering the cart, dunno if the credit for arriving works, never managed to do it.

Jumping into the Ji-Lu's Cart doesn't give quest credit and the cart ends up sending you to the start point no matter where you go.
