[NPC][Azsuna]Orphaned Bloodgazer doesn't give you the Battle Pet

Bug description: During the WQ Bloodgazer Swarm!, when you kill the Bloodgazer Matriarch, this NPC spawns. (Works fine.) When interacting with this NPC, you should have an option to feed it 1 Azsunian Grapes. (Doesn't work.) This should give you the Battle Pet: Bloodgazer Hatchling, which then starts Raising Your Bloodgazer. (Database shows questgiver as ???. Here's proof the quest is given by the Battle Pet: https://www.wowhead.com/quest=44990/raising-your-bloodgazer)

Can confirm this is the case. Just completed the quest and spoke to the bird, does not give dialog option to feed. Also no pet.
