Fjola Lightbane

Hello,
I am not sure where to post it but here's my problem.
Yesterday I killed Fjola Lightbane and I saw Twin's Pact in her body but couldn't loot it. What should I do to get it?

The lotting issue seems to be a random one. Only thing is to try next week and kill it again and hope the item will drop.
