Bug description: So I did not find any info about this item's loot table on item finder but also I never saw anyone having gear from asssult on violet hold dungeon that its not donated or not from m0 whereas it should drop from weekly cache and its very unlikely that noone got item from this dungeon because of rng so far.

Proof: "The Order Hall chest drops may be from any dungeon, including dungeons that have not yet been unlocked for that character (e.g. Court of Stars/The Arcway) or dungeons that do not have a M+ mode (e.g. Assault on Violet Hold)."

Assault on VH gear should be included in the m+ weekly chest(since it was added, not only from 7.2). You will not find more explicit poorf since retail left legion long time ago but guides and forum chats together are far enough(why would they lie?). Also just think about it, assault on vh has very interesting loot table, much better than a lot of m+ dungeons', it makes sense that blizzard made these drop only from weekly so they are harder to farm.

Violet Hold items are supposed to drop from the weekly chest, yes. Some of the items were even BiS for some classes in 7.0 and 7.1.5 (Chaos Talisman being the best example I know for several melee specs)

I tried to find the weeky chest in database but it seems its not in or at least not on the name it supposed to be so i cannot check it via this, I asked a gm in game ofc i did not got any answer other than post bug report if I think its not working. So the only thing that makes me think they are not is that I only saw either donate 955 mythic TF or m0/m0 WF/TF gear from Assault on Vh, not a single m15 titanforge gear on anyone so far(playing since mid of 7.1.5). If you could check it, that would be great.

This is true, check the archived wowhead post here, the loot in the class hall box is at a base ilvl according to the highest key you have completed, from all legion dungeon bosses (except Nightbane):

I can confirm that I have seen hundreds of armor/jewelry items from the class hall chest, but never loot from AoVH on wow freakz. And yes, Chaos Talisman, Shivermaw's Jawbone and more importantly the relics on that drop table are either bis/very good to have for certain classes/specs (the point is that this way you can get loot from very difficult dungeons such as Cathedral of Eternal Night or Return to Karazhan or the dungeon that doesn't have a M+ mode).

Edit: A simpler way to prove this is to check this page from the database, there are only 11 caches from which the loot is selected (the same loot which you can see on the armory activity logs, either from the dungeon itself or from the class hall chest).

Still need more proof for this one? Having bugged loot tables for such important things like weekly chest(and for lower karazhan keys too btw, thats why almost everyone has now eye of command) hurts class balance greatly. This is exactly like goroth would start to drop gear from KJ's loot table and Mistress would drop only AP each try. Lots of players may hope that weekly will drop from AoVH or lower karazhan their bis but like that donating is the only way.

Only the items from Assault on Violet Hold & Return to Karazhan: Lower are not dropping, all the other legion-dungeon-items are implemented in the weekly chest.

It's kinda too late to fix it on 7.2.5, will be fixed when we switch to 7.3.5.
