Details: As you can see in my armory i have killed Grand Magistrix Elisande 13 times in heroic difficulty, my problem is that like 1 or 2 months ago i deleted by accident the necklace that you get by killing her 4 times, and now i cant open the door in NH hero. Is it possible to recover this item or to get the quest for the necklace again?
