[Item] Brilliant Hexweave Cloak

Bug description: I have purchased this cloak from the vote shop. This cloak has 3 appearances which are supposed to be unlocked by upgrading the cloak 2 times.

The problem is I can't upgrade even a single time using the hexweave essence nor I can collect the appearance (non-upgraded) of the cloak that i just purchased, even though it's soulbound. I am going for the 3rd appearance of the cloak.

I have tried leveling my Tailoring skill to the WoD equivalence point, since I suspected it didn't work because my skill level was not high enough. But that was not the case.

And i even tried making a new cloak with agility stats, since I'm a hunter and it failed to collect the appearance and failed to upgrade it too.

I have put a LOT of effort into collecting this appearance and I can't see it all go to waste. Can you please help me out on this one? Thanks in advance.

Confirmed, the different blue colors of the item does not exist in the freakz database yet.

Yup, seems like it's not possible to get the upgraded appearance somehow.
